This Web site is paid for by the members of the North Texas Section, and is provided and maintained soley for the benefit of it's members, members of the United States Practical Shooters Association, and persons interested in becoming members of these organizations.

As such, the following activities are expressly forbidden:

Copying of any content for non-personal use or distribution without the express permission of The North Texas Section Executive Commitee.
Any access by automated user-agents which do not provide valid contact information in their User-agent string.
Any unauthorized access to non-public resources on this site.
Any access exceeding a sustained rate of more than one HTML page per second.
Any attempt to download the entire site contents, or a substantial portion of the site contents.
Repeated and excessive access to the same resources within a short period of time.
Downloading of any site contents for purposes of e-mail address harvesting.
Downloading of any site contents for purposes of "data mining" for sale to third parties.
Automated downloading of any site resources Disallowed in our robots.txt file.
Automated access to the site for purposes of detecting changes to the site contents.

Restoration of service will be at the sole discretion and convenience of North Texas Practical Shooters. Nothing above shall be construed to place limitations on persons who wish to access our site with a standard Web page browser for purposes of seeking information about participation in North Texas Practical Shooters events or USPSA events in general; All visitors interested in joining and participating in our club, other USPSA clubs, the USPSA organization itself, or other shooting sports are welcome.

However, please understand that we are a small non-profit organization with a very limited server bandwidth budget (and a very limited financial budget), and we must take steps to avoid going over our allocated monthly bandwidth limit. We also receive hundreds of unsolicited commercial e-mail messages each day, and this interferes with our ability to provide service to our members, and to current and prospective members of USPSA.
